DRESS CODE:

• Collared Shirt required

• Shorts: Bermuda length required (5” inseam and hemmed bottoms).

• Jogging pants or nylon tracksuits are NOT permitted.

• Denim of any type and color is NOT permitted.

ARRIVAL PROCESS

• Welcome Greeter: As you arrive, our greeter will extend a warm welcome and provide any initial assistance you may require, setting a positive tone for your experience. We recommend arriving 1 hour before tee time and 15 minutes on the tee off

• Bag Drop: Our attentive team will be on hand to assist you with your belongings at the bag drop area. They'll ensure that everything is securely taken care of before guiding you to a waiting golf cart. This personalized service ensures a seamless transition from arrival to the next step of your journey.

• Check-in: Upon arrival at the golf shop, our knowledgeable staff will be ready to assist you with the check-in process for your tee time. They'll provide you with any necessary information about the course conditions, local rules, or special events happening that day, ensuring you're well-prepared for your round.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• All groups will tee off 10 minutes apart.

• Complimentary shuttle service on property may be available to and from the golf course which is provided by Golfer Services Team. The Golf Course Shuttle runs on the hour and half hour. The Shuttle from the golf course back to the hotel runs quarter to the hour and after the hour.

• Banff National Park has deemed the Golf Course as the busiest “Wildlife Corridor” in Banff. With this comes a high chance of wildlife encounters

STANLEY’S CLUBHOUSE

LOCKERS

If you or a member of your party would like to request a locker for your time at the course, please provide notice via email or phone at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us sufficient time to prepare and personalize the lockers accordingly.

RAIN CHECK POLICY & 

CANCELATION

Golfers who are asked by staff to cease play due to inclement weather will be given a green fee/golf shop credit (gift card) in a dollar amount for the number of holes not completed. Green fees and number of golfers are guaranteed unless cancelled 48 hours prior to the date above. For Cancellations inside of 48 hours or NO SHOWS day of, you will be responsible for the green fees not utilized.
